By completing the Meter Information Request form, you authorise Black Sheep Utilities Ltd to obtain meter, supplier and consumption information from suppliers and industry databases for the purpose of providing quotations and utility procurement services.

Your authority allows us to:

• Obtain supplier information.
• Obtain meter information.
• Obtain consumption information.
• Contact suppliers regarding this information.

Your authority does not:

• Place you into a utility contract.
• Require you to accept a quotation.
• Create any fee solely for obtaining this information.

This authority remains valid for 12 months unless withdrawn earlier.
